Hi, I'm Nancy—a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping adults navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.
My passion for this work comes from my own lived experience. These early experiences deepened my empathy and shaped my commitment to helping others feel seen, supported, and accepted just as they are.
I've experienced personal loss and understand how overwhelming grief can be. What helped me heal was finding the right support and the tools to move forward—and that's what I aim to offer my clients: a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your emotions, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with yourself.
Clinically, I've worked in a wide range of settings—including inpatient, outpatient, crisis care, and residential treatment for substance use. I've also led clinical teams as a Program Director and Clinical Director.
Outside of work I love spending time outdoors, golfing, organizing "The Home Edit (IYKYK)," traveling, and making memories with my kids and partner. I'm passionate about trying new food/new restaurants, new adventures, and getting creative with crafting.
